Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Happyfying Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Prasad Karwa, collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you visit our website or purchase Top 100 Marketing eBook Summarised (the “Product”).

By using this website or completing a purchase, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a payment.

1. Who we are

Happyfying Solutions
Prasad Karwa
Pune, Maharashtra, India
Email: prasad@happyfying.com
Phone / WhatsApp: +91 94212 19919

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide and information generated during payment:

  • Identity and contact data: name, email address, and phone number entered on the checkout form.
  • Transaction data: amount paid, currency (INR), date and time of payment, payment status, and Razorpay payment identifier.
  • Traffic data: optional campaign parameters such as utm_source (for example, whether you arrived from Facebook) so we can apply a time-limited offer and understand which ads led to a sale.
  • Technical data: browser type, device, and basic log data that our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process to serve and secure the website.

We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or netbanking password. Card and UPI payments are processed on Razorpay’s secure checkout. Razorpay’s own privacy policy applies to data they process as a payment aggregator.

3. How we use your information

  • To process your order and confirm payment.
  • To deliver the digital Product (thank-you page and PDF download).
  • To contact you about your order, access issues, or important product updates.
  • To maintain sales records, accounting, tax, and legal compliance in India.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
  • To measure marketing performance (for example, Facebook campaign source), not to sell your personal data to third-party advertisers as a list.

4. Legal basis (India)

We process your data to perform the contract of sale (delivering the eBook you paid for), to comply with applicable law, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the business, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as applicable.

5. Payment processor

Payments are collected by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) on our behalf. Razorpay may collect KYC or payment instrument details as required by RBI guidelines and their terms. We only receive confirmation that payment succeeded, an amount, and a payment reference—not your complete card or bank secrets.

6. Where data is stored

Order details (timestamp, name, email, phone, amount paid, payment id, and source) may be stored in a Google Spreadsheet and/or similar records we control for fulfilment and bookkeeping. Hosting may be on Cloudflare. These providers act as processors/service providers. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Cookies and similar technology

Our site may use the browser’s localStorage or sessionStorage to remember a time-limited offer, checkout state, or that you have already paid so we can show the download page. We do not use this to track you across unrelated websites. Cloudflare and Razorpay may set cookies required for security and checkout. You can block cookies in your browser; some features (offer timer, download unlock) may then not work correctly.

8. Sharing of information

We share data only with:

  • Razorpay, to complete payment;
  • Hosting, spreadsheet, and email infrastructure needed to run the store;
  • Government, courts, or law-enforcement if required by Indian law;
  • Professional advisers (CA, lawyer) under confidentiality, if needed for compliance.

We do not sell or rent your phone number or email to third-party marketers.

9. Retention

We keep transaction and contact records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements (typically several years under Indian tax law), then delete or anonymise them where practicable.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, reputable hosting, and Razorpay’s PCI-compliant checkout. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your download copy of the PDF safe on your devices.

11. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or ask questions about this Policy, by emailing prasad@happyfying.com. We may need to verify your identity (for example, matching the email used at checkout). We may refuse requests that are unlawful, repetitive, or would prevent us from keeping legally required records.

You may also opt out of non-essential marketing emails by replying “unsubscribe”. Transactional messages about your purchase may still be sent.

12. Children

This Product is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it where required.

13. Third-party links

Our site may link to Razorpay or other sites. Their privacy practices are their own. Please read their policies before sharing data with them.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
